We have combined the hearty taste of mushrooms with the texture of great bread to create recipes unlike any other. Together with BakerzatWork Academy, Mushroom Kingdom is proud to present our Black Pepper Oyster Mushroom Bread and Spicy Shrimp Black Jelly Fungus Bread. A perfect accompaniment to soups or a warm slice of butter!

Shellots, Garlic, Grey Oyster Mushrooms with Flour, Malt, Yeast, Poolish, Water, Pepper & Salt. 


Sautéed shallots brings out the flavour in the bread.

 

Add in garlic and throw the oyster mushrooms in!

 

And we have caramelized shallots with sautéed oyster mushrooms! 

 

Throw black pepper, and the oyster mushrooms into the mix.

 

Performing the 'Windowpane Test' to check if the dough is kneaded enough to bake. Any tear or breaking of the dough means its back to kneading!
