1. Upon Checkout...
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a system generated confirmation Email/SMS. Hence, double check your email and mobile number are input correctly.
Do remember to check your SPAM or JUNK folder in case you missed the Email!
Should you wish to specify a date and time for your delivery, do indicate it at the Notes section when you are checking out and our customer service team will get in touch with you.
2. Receiving Delivery Schedule
You should receive another SMS/Email/Call from our staff within 3 working days on the scheduled delivery date for your order.
If you chose PayNow as payment, we will only schedule the delivery after payment is received.
Orders are processed during our operating hours. If you make an order over the weekends, you will only get updated in the coming weekday. Thank you for your understanding.
For self collection, do only drop by when we have inform you that your order is ready for collection.
3. What if I can't be home that day to receive the order?
When you receive your scheduled delivery date and you happen to be unavailable for the day, do reply to us and we will look into re-scheduling the delivery.
