Spicy Stir Fried

- 150g shimeji mushrooms
Step 1. Heat a large pot of salted water over high heat. When boiling rapidly, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta cooking water, in case you need it later. Drain the macaroni and keep aside.
Step 2. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add the butter followed by garlic and bird's eye chillies. Saute until the butter is just melted and garlic softens. Add the sausages and fry for a minute
Step 3. Add mushrooms and stir for 30 seconds. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well. Add pasta and spring onions and toss to coat. Add a little pasta water here if necessary. Best served immediately.
